Absolutely. I treat every inclusion with the utmost respect and care. I only require a small amount (half a teaspoon of ashes or a small lock of hair), and any unused material is returned to you alongside your finished jewellery piece.
How do I send my materials to you?
Once you place your order, I will send you a complimentary collection kit with clear instructions and a secure, prepaid return envelope. This ensures your precious materials reach our studio safely.
How long does the production process take?
Each piece is meticulously handcrafted. The process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from the day we receive your inclusions. We will keep you updated at every stage of the creation process via email.
How should I care for my resin jewellery?
To keep your piece beautiful, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and chemicals (perfumes, cleaning products). We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, or sleeping to protect the resin's clarity.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
Changes can be made up to the time I receive your inclusion . As these are highly sentimental and bespoke pieces, I cannot offer returns once the creation process with your personal materials has begun.
